Local Favourites Brewing Up Support for Affordable Housing

Community support continues to show up in meaningful and creative ways for Sleeping in Cars!

Throughout the month of March, two valued local businesses — Boshkung Brewing and The Millpond Restaurant — are stepping up to help address housing challenges in Haliburton County.

Boshkung Brewing will donate $1 from every pint of Haliburton Forest Amber Logger sold, while The Millpond Restaurant will contribute $1 from every cup of coffee purchased. These simple, everyday choices create real, tangible impact, directly supporting Places for People’s efforts to expand affordable housing solutions in our community.
